Lately, I have been toying with the idea of rebranding. When I retired from teaching, I thought I would have so much time on my hands that I could pick up freelance writing jobs, test quilt patterns, edit patterns for others, longarm for hire, and design and write my own patterns all while living life and blogging to the world. Whew!
While I have managed to do some of this over the last few years, I haven't been as intrigued by some pieces of that plan as I might have hoped in the beginning. Therefore, I am taking a step back and doing a bit of rebranding. I plan to focus mainly on my longarm quilting, teaching quilting classes for shops, groups, or on my own, and developing my YouTube channel. I will always be designing and working on my own patterns to sell as well--but with no urgency. I will continue to blog as I go, but this site will be getting a facelift and refocus over the next few months.
In the meantime, I hope that you are enjoying the warmer weather and finding time to do some stitching of your own.
